Clare's Mind Mapping Outline

I chose to do a mind-mapping of FLAT STANLEY because I'm not sure if most of the schools are exposed to the idea of this activity and I thought it'd be fun for schools to use it as an integration into lesson plans. Not only is it a fun activity, it also includes learning concepts such as writing a letter, reading, exploring, etc. Who'd ever thought FLAT STANLEY would be a fun learning experience?! For the most part, FLAT STANLEY introduces a new way to see the world without you being the one to spend all the money to travel. Someone does it for you and it doesn't cost a thing! Furthermore, the most important lesson learned in this activity (mind-mapping) would have to be creating a brainstorming of ideas on a concept. I like the fact that you can list all these thoughts and ideas into a single page and design it to your liking as well. However, the hardest part would have to be getting the picture onto the web blog. This was perhaps the hardest task I had to accomplish. On the other hand, my mind-mapping is really basic. I've only oulined a few of the activities I'd like to do. What I would do differently next time is add more data into my mind-mapping. This first one is sort of a "test-drive" for me. But I've realized that I can go back and add some more details if I want to. Which is probably a good idea considering I've just gotten more ideas of what I can do with the FLAT STANLEY PROJECT. In conclusion, I enjoyed this activity and I am sure that this will be able to help me in so many other different ways!
